About the Clinician

Missionary (Msn.) Deborah Brown is First Lady of St. Mary Church of God In Christ (New Hebron, MS) where her husband of over 29 years, Elder Hosea Brown, serves as Pastor. She became a member of the Church of God In Christ on her wedding day, June 24, 1990, under the leadership of the former pastor, Supt. Earnest Johnson. Prior to joining St. Mary COGIC, Msn. Brown was a member of Rose Hill Church of Christ Holiness USA, under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Campbell and later under the leadership of Elder Rufus Fields. There, she served as a choir member and Sunday School Teacher. 

Msn. Brown received her Missionary’slicense in 2000 after completing the first Womens Bible Training School under the leadership of Mother Frankie DavisMurray.

She serves her local church as YWCC teacher, Assistant Prayer & Bible Band Teacher, Coordinator of the Women’s Conference, Decorating committee, member of Youth In Action committee, and Church Mother.

She serves as District Number 10 as an Armor bearer, Elect Lady, Greeters President, and member of the Executive Board. She formerly served as 2nd Vicepresident of the executive committee, coordinator of Women’s Bible training classes, and choir member.

After serving faithfully as Assistant Lead Adjutant Sister of the Mississippi Southern First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, she was elevated to Lead Adjutant Sister on January 11, 2020, by Bishop Daniel Littleton. She also serves as hospitality Coordinator for Adjutant Department.

Msn. Brown is the daughter of the late Steve Drummonds, Sr. and Bertha Mae Drummonds. She has 1 stepson, 3 grandchildren, and a host of Godchildren.
